During 2023 we completed some projects that we had started.

The new cellar is now operational, followed directly by us with the consultancy of a Piedmontese oenologist.

In 2022 we vinified a small portion of our Nebbiolo as a rosé: "La rosa del Monastero" was very popular and literally sold out.

In 2023 we continued to discover the qualities of our Nebbiolo by vinifying a small part of it in white: in mid-May we bottled 1000 bottles of "Fregeè".

We presented it in Genoa in October and the reviews were warm: it pleasantly surprised everyone.
