WINE : Red Valtellina DOC Roccascissa 2022.

VINEYARD : 100% Nebbiolo grapes from terraced vineyards in the DOC area of ​​the municipality of Berbenno, with a South/South-East exposure.

VINIFICATION : extremely slow fermentation, capable of enhancing the excellent quality of the harvested grapes. As per the regulations, the wine then underwent 1 year of refinement, one of which in oak barrels, and before being marketed it was kept for another 6 months in the bottle.
