Semi-mature alpine full-fat cheese
We produce Grasso d'Alpe with whole cow's milk and a small addition of goat's milk, only in the summer when we load the Alpe Lago mountain pasture, in the Albaredo valley. It is ready for consumption after about 3-4 months of maturing. It is a typical cheese, with a characteristic flavour, excellent to be consumed as is or accompanied with honey, fruit compotes or combined with cured meats and sliced meats.

The price is not per kilogram but per piece. The weight of the individual pieces is approximately 1 kg. +/- 50 gr.
