We produce Grasso d'Alpe with whole cow's milk and a small addition of goat's milk, only in the summer when we load the Alpe Lago mountain pasture, in the Albaredo valley. It is ready for consumption after about 3-4 months of maturing. It is a typical cheese, with a characteristic flavour, excellent to be consumed as is or accompanied with honey, fruit compotes or combined with cured meats and sliced ​​meats.

PRODUCT AVAILABLE IN LIMITED QUANTITY WHILE STOCKS LAST

The price is not per kilogram but per piece. The weight of the individual pieces is approximately 1 kg. +/- 50 gr.
