This is a typical semi-fat cheese that is ready for consumption after approximately 40 days, and is considered semi-fat after 90 days.
It is a tasty cheese that certainly makes a good impression as an appetizer or as a second course, either alone, perhaps accompanied with honey or fruit compote, or on a mixed platter alongside cured meats and sliced meats.

The price is not per kilogram but per piece. The weight of the individual pieces is approximately 1 kg. +/- 50 gr.
